Solartech movements are available in six version.
Winding and accuracy rate checks
Mechanical watch movements are wound using a Bergeon Super E, and are then individually tested for their accuracy rate using state-of-the-art WITSCHI Chronoscope M10 and Expert III measuring equipment.
Due and full regard is paid to all manufacturers’ specific individual criteria in all these activities. "Standard" movements are regulated in two positions (CH, 6H), and "Elaboré" in three (CH, 6H, 9H). Any deviations from the standard values are generally corrected ourselves. We can also provide a written record of all the checks conducted on request.

The assembly process
The assembly process begins with a general on-delivery check of the movements and a visual inspection of the cases and dials. All these components are then entrusted to a specialized team, supported by qualified watchmakers, who performs the individual steps to assemble these high-quality watches. In doing so, we attach the greatest importance to the professional handling of the various components, and to their technically correct assembly.
As soon as a watch head has been completed, we conduct a further check of its performance using the above criteria (i.e. winding and measuring its accuracy rate).
For an additional fee, this process can also be conducted once again following the 24/48-hour running check. The fitting of the strap and a final visual inspection plus functional check complete the assembly process.

Exchanging the rotor and the calendar disc
As a further service, the Ronda Time Center can also exchange the rotor and the calendar disc on mechanical watch movements. Please contact us for an offer HERE.
